Nearby main roads provide good links to the wider road network and the airport. The journey to Dortmund's main rail station takes 20 to 30 minutes by underground rail and bus. Shops, plus a pizzeria and kiosk, are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is arranged as follows: entrance hall, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The monthly rent for up to two people is €1050 per month. Service charges, electricity, heating costs and flat-rate internet are all already included in the rent. Deposit: 1 month's rent. Final cleaning is invoiced according to the work involved, charged at €25 per hour. Non-smoking property. Regular cleaning can be arranged, upon agreement and at additional charge. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the landlord, but it has been requested.
